• If you feel like commenting on this deviation, or • Thanks to ~muetze it had come belated to my awareness that I had originally violated dA's submission policies (@_@ in my typical rushing I forgot to ask for permission for the use of the original emoticons!! *fiendish screech* NEVER ever ever do such a thing. I was just such an air-head I didn't notice that and - to my defense - nobody else ever queried me about this so far 9_9 . ) . • Remember dearly; emoticons are just as much ART as any other form of art. I will not tolerate ifs and buts on this subject. • The original creator of : hug : is: Be sure to pay at least as much hommage to his spectacular emoticon, if not much, much more than for : carnage :. If : hug : was not as popular and successful as it is, : carnage : would have no effect on the viewers. After all, it is the surprise effect of being used to seeing the : hug : emoticon constantly, which completely makes out the surprise effect when the : chainsaw : emoticon enters the scene. I'm ashamed that : carnage : has received more favourites than : hug : . x_x Be honest with yourself now: you know that emoticon deserves a fave - if you belong to the mass of people who frequently use : hug : , you might be surprised that the original emoticon has a frighteningly low amount of favourites. I advise you to go change that now. As long as : carnage : stays here, I want to see : hug : have at least twice as many favourites. Balance of power, so-to-speak. Unfortunately, ` hprince329 is not actively on dA anymore, so it's unsure if he'll ever read your words of thanks on his userpage. If you decide to notpay hommage to his art, curses on you, because he invented some of my favourite emoticons and I haven't even realized it until shortly ago. Just to portray three which you'll probably know very well (and you can easily say that he's made some of the best and most used emots on dA) - • I hope you're aware now that you shouldn't be getting around to see what genius this extraordinary deviant has proven. And I'll bet something that most people adoring the carnage emoticon (and forgetting its true roots) haven't even gone there yet. At least I was oblivious enough to have missed all this. So go there. Now. • Permission from `hprince329 : - Granted! • The original creator of : chainsaw : is: This awesome deviant may not have created as many emoticons as `hprince329 , but he has such memorable ones that have a deeper meaning to me (mad props for those Like : hug :, I don't think : carnage : would be half as evocative as it is, if it weren't for the surprise effect of : chainsaw : aggressively entering the scene. I can't think of any other emoticon other than the original : chainsaw : that was able to express my "un-cute" feelings that perfectly. Without it, there would have never been a : carnage : . In fact, you'll be surprised what emoticons ~playboy has created for the dA library. So do the same as with ` hprince329 : go to ~playboy 's place and pay hommage to him as well. Now. • Permission from ~playboy : - Granted! Original description of the emoticon: It's the emoticon-based answer to some behaviour as seen on deviantART, like being glomped, kissed, hugged, or any other form of overwhelming/unwanted affection. (v1.02 //updated with minor fixes) Post Script: If you read this far, you cannot possibly be Homer J. Simpson. |

Indeed you gave me a very interesting int about why dark gothic seems so boring and so many:
as they have no concept of sex, they just clone themselves !
I just thought that something could use a "get stuffed" emoticon.
